Welcome to the Glenhaven at Firethorne Homeowners Association Website. The Glenhaven HOA Board Members have worked together to create this free Community Website that allows residents – owners & renters – to keep up to date with everything going on in the community.

Please keep in mind, that due to limited resources the Glenhaven Board is not able to update this site on a regular basis. We have provided basic information but if you wish to confirm any information or ask questions, we encourage you to either fill out our feedback form or email us at glenhavenhoa@gmail.com. We are always happy to meet our neighbors and answer your questions.

All other inquires or questions can be sent to glenhavenhoa@gmail.com ----------------------------------- The Glenhaven at Firethorne HOA Board is implementing a new approach for how we communicate changes, updates and neighborhood safety to the community. The board is putting together a list of email addresses, (names, email addresses, and unit numbers) for the sole purpose of communicating community news. Owners as well as renters are encouraged to sign up for this list. Due to the cost of printing and mailing, changes, updates, and newsletters will only be sent via email, going forward. The Glenhaven email is monitored on a regular basis by the board. We encourage the use of this resource as a positive outlet for feedback, questions, and concerns. We do ask that all correspondences be kept informational and respectful and that you allow at least 48 hours for a response before attempting to make contact regarding the same issue. The board is making every effort to address issues and concerns that the community has and we ask that you understand that we may not be able to respond to you immediately. Maintenance requests or emergency issues can still be directed towards our Management Company (rogerbhuntleysr@gmail.com)but for any information that you wish to share with the current board we encourage you to utilize this HOA email address.
